Each piece of artwork is produced on demand in my shop. This typically takes about two days to print and for the inks to be completely set and dry. We use Fedex for shipping and will send you a tracking link once it is picked up. For our international customer, overseas shipping may use a different shipper and a tracking number from them will be supplied.
You will receive an automatic electronic receipt that confirms the payment and the product purchased. If you do not see the confirmation, check behind your spam filters to ensure that our domain name is not blocked.

Cancellations must occur before we go to print. Please reach out to us as early as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Substitutions or change orders are welcome. We encourage you to contact us as early possible.
We do not have a loyalty program at this time. We are developing a streaming art service and will have a subscription model available. We are targeting the end of 2022 as the launch date for the service.
Absolutely Yes. We work with clients and Interior Designers through Zoom. We make the cocreation process as enjoyable. You become part of the creative process and have a special attachment to the art that will live on your wall.
We are leaning heavily into two areas: 1) the shift to online and 2) live shows. This allows us to meet you and gain your trust. We meet you where you live. We also invested heavily into this new website to recreate a gallery. Our Zoom capabilities allow us to meet you at your convenience in order to simplify and enhance your experience with us.
