Shipping

Order processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days to fulfill and ship. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship domestically using the major delivery companies.  Your artwork will be insured during delivery.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available worldwide from Fine Art Lens. This involves a vetting and confirmation process.  Custom pacing, crating and shipping charges may apply.  Fine Art Lens is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these fees and taxes are payable by the recipient. We ship the artwork fully insured and listed at full retail or transaction price.  If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we may refund the cost of the item if the item is returned and intact.  The shipping charges are not refundable.  Depending on the circumstances if the artwork is damaged or destroyed in customs before being returned, a pro rata refund may apply.   This will be up to the company to determine. 

Returns

Returns may be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail live purchase return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.  Attempts to retain purchased artwork while simultaneously disputing a charge will be aggressively pursued through both civil and criminal means.  

To be considered for a return, the goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold. Special orders, subscription products, digital products, NFTs are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Address

Returned items must be preapproved and accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund).  Items are eligible for return for up to 14 days from receipt of artwork.  The artwork must be returned first before any credit or refund can be processed. 

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Fine Art Lens will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Fine Art Lens address.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited. If not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

Reasonable wear and tear will be determined by Fine Art Lens.
